摘要: 本文提出了從晶體管的物理模型直觀地推導出其各種等效電路的方法。本法避免了冗長的數學推導,僅應用了電路的等效變換概念。所以它物理意義清晰,而且清楚地揭露出各種等效電路之間的關系,便于理解和掌握。Abstract: The approaches of intuitive derivation are presented for the various equivalent cuircits of a transistor from its physical model.These approaches only use the concept of equivalent transformation of circuits,and avoid the tedious mathematical derivation. They have the advantages of having clear physical meaning and exposing clearly the relationships among various equivalent circuits.
