The Influence of Rare-earth Elements During the Process of Hydrogen Permeation in Pure iron

摘要: 本文用電化學方法研究了稀土元素Nd和La對工業純鐵中氫的滲透過程和擴散系數的影響。實驗結果表明,隨著鐵中Nd或La含量的增加,氫的滲透過程減慢、擴散系數下降。固溶Nd和La原子是鐵中氫的可逆淺陷井。固溶Nd原子與氫的結合能為4.4kcal/mol。當釹含量在0.082wt.%以下時,氫在鐵中的擴散過程激活能為6.1kcal/mol。實驗還測定了含Nd鐵中氫的滲透過程激活能為8.7kcal/mol。Abstract: The effect of rare earth elements Nd and La on hydrogen permeation in pure iron was studied by means of a Davanathan apparatus Experimental results indicate the diffusion coefficient reduces as the amount of solute Nd or La increases. It's concluded that Nd or La is a reversible Shallow trap of hydrogen pemeation in iron The binding energy of hydrogen around solure Nd is 4.4 kcal/mol and the diffusion activation energy of hydrogen is 6.1 kcal/mol.
